Celebrated Staffordshire chef, Paul Gilmore, will be hosting a pop up Restaurant Gilmore at the Club for just two nights in June.

You won’t find foams and fermentation and exoticism.

Many of our members will have enjoyed  visiting some of Paul's former restaurants in the past - from the Yew Tree at Ranton to the Wheatsheaf in Oulton, and further afield, and will enjoy returning to some of his renowned signature dishes, all expertly cooked by Paul.
