Payment Terms for Potters’ Club Products & Services through our Website

Any personal data collected as part of the payment process will not be stored or sold to a third party.

For continuous membership and services, payment is required prior to renewal date.

Credit Card Payments - We do not currently charge for this method of payment

Other Products & Services Payment within 30 days of invoice unless otherwise stated.

Membership fees are non-refundable.
 

Restaurant Bookings and Events

Reservations and Payment

Restaurant bookings can be made online via Resdiary or through special links via our Events section, for special events. Bookings can also be made by phone.

In order to confirm a reservation, whether through the restaurant or online, valid credit or debit card details, including expiry date and security number, will be required at the time of booking.

Unless specified – eg for a special event, where a deposit or full payment is required - you will not be charged in advance of your visit.
Your card details will only be used to take a payment, if you do not turn up for your booked table, and have not given us at least 24 hours’ notice of your cancellation. In addition, if you have booked for a large party and the number arriving for your booking is significantly less than the booking number, without prior warning, at least 24 hours in advance, we reserve the right to charge for the no-shows.
In order to recover our costs incurred, charges for no-shows will be £10 per person for afternoon tea, £30 per person for lunch and £50 per person for dinner. 

By confirming a booking, you are consenting to these terms and conditions.

Special Event bookings – Payment in full required at time of booking. Cancellations giving less than 48 hours’ notice – 100% of fee will be retained. Cancellations made seven days to 48 hours before the event, £10 deposit per person will be retained.

 The Club reserves the right to alter published dates without liability.


Vouchers

All Potters' Club Vouchers are subject to the following terms and conditions, in addition to any Ts&Cs specified on the Vouchers: Unless otherwise stated, only one Voucher per full member* can be used per visit.

Vouchers can be redeemed against food or beverages consumed on the premises.

No responsibility will be accepted for lost, stolen or damaged Vouchers and such Vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.

No cash change or credit will be given on purchases which are less than the cash value of the Voucher

Vouchers are non-transferable

Vouchers cannot be used to prepay bookings.

*A full member is anyone who pays the full membership fee – spouse/partner and corporate memberships where a discounted fee has been paid, and non-members do not qualify for vouchers unless otherwise stated.


Dress Code

Dress code is smart casual – no ripped jeans of sportswear – unless otherwise specified for a special event or private function. The Management reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone not observing this code.


Car Parking

Use of the Club carparking spaces is reserved solely for patrons and their guests while they are actually in the Club, using our facilities. Parking on our premises is not permitted at any other time and the Management reserves the right to refer non-compliant parking to the company managing the carpark, for further action. Repeated infringement of carparking rules may result in expulsion from Membership.


Smoking and Vaping

Smoking and vaping are not permitted in any part of the Club, including fire escapes.


Miscellaneous

While on the Club premises, all Members and their guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner which is respectful to other Members and their guests, and to Club staff.  The Management reserves the right to ask Members and their guests to leave the Club, where behaviour is not considered appropriate.
