The Club authorises you to view and download the materials on this website for your personal and/or commercial use, provided that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original materials on any copies of such materials. Any member found to have acted contrary to these terms and conditions and who has had communications or information placed by it on our website removed may also have its membership revoked at The Club's sole discretion and in the event, The Club exercises its rights under this provision to terminate a member's membership on this basis, then it shall immediately notify the member concerned in writing.

Payment Terms for Potters’ Club Products & Services through our Website

Any personal data collected as part of the payment process will not be stored or sold to a third party.

New Members – BACS, Paypal, Debit Card/Credit Card (except Diners Card), Cheque

Membership Renewal - BACS, Paypal, Debit Card/Credit Card (except Diners Card), Cheque< For continuous membership and services, payment is required prior to renewal date.

Cheque Payments - Make cheques payable to: BPMF Club Limited

Credit Card Payments - We do not currently charge for this method of payment

Other Products & Services Payment within 30 days of invoice unless otherwise stated

Reservations and Payment

In order to confirm a reservation, whether through the restaurant or online, valid credit or debit card details, including expiry date and security number, will be required at the time of booking.

Unless specified – eg for a special event, where a deposit or full payment is required - you will not be charged in advance of your visit.

Your card details will only be used to take a payment, if you do not turn up for your booked table, and have not given us at least 24 hours’ notice of your cancellation. In addition, if you have booked for a large party and the number arriving for your booking is significantly less than the booking number, without prior warning, at least 24 hours in advance, we reserve the right to charge for the no-shows.

In order to recover our costs incurred, charges for no-shows will be £10 per person for afternoon tea, £30 per person for lunch and £50 per person for dinner. 

By confirming a booking, you are consenting to these terms and conditions.

The Club reserves the right to alter published dates without liability
