The Club authorises you to view and download the materials on this website for your personal and/or commercial use, provided that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original materials on any copies of such materials. Any member found to have acted contrary to these terms and conditions and who has had communications or information placed by it on our website removed may also have its membership revoked at The Club's sole discretion and in the event, The Club exercises its rights under this provision to terminate a member's membership on this basis, then it shall immediately notify the member concerned in writing.
Links to third party websites and micro sites operated by Potters’ Club members on this website are provided solely as a convenience to you. If you use these links, you will leave this website. The Club has not reviewed all of these third party and micro sites and does not control and is not responsible for any of those third party and micro sites or their content.

Non-Member Restaurant Bookings - £10 deposit per person at time of booking
Member Restaurant Bookings – No up-front payment required for groups under eight. For groups of eight or over, £10 deposit per person required at time of booking. Deposits will not be refunded if cancellation of full or part booking is made with less than 48 hours’ notice.
Event booking - Payment in full required at time of booking. Cancellations giving less than 48 hours’ notice – 100% of fee will be retained. Cancellations made seven days to 48 hours before the event, £10 deposit per person will be retained.
