Covid-19 Update

The latest Government announcements have caused us to update our Covid-19 strategy.

As we continue to maintain stringent cleaning and hygiene regimes, and follow WHO standards, your Club will be open, but for members and their families and guests only, and only by prior arrangement, so that we can ensure that numbers are controlled.

We are advising all attendees to use the lift, to restrict your contact with areas over which we have less control. We will be sanitising the route to the Club, including the key pad, doors and lift, frequently throughout the day.

Whether you are visiting for coffee, a sandwich or a full meal, you will need to advise us by phone or email, beforehand, of your intended visit. For lunch bookings, you will need to book before 11am on the day and for dinner, before 3pm on the day.

(We will retain a register of guests attending)

We will be reducing the number of tables in both the restaurant and the lounge, in order to provide plenty of space between parties, and will be reducing capacity for the whole Club to 30 guests.

Until further notice, we will be cancelling all special events.

Where possible, we will be postponing these until later in the year, once the restrictions are lifted.

Where this is not possible - for example, for Mothers' Day - we will credit your account to the full value of pre-payments made, for use at a later date.

We will be phoning everyone who has a booking, in the next few days.

As you will appreciate, this will be a tough time for your Club, and we will be working with a skeleton staff, but we are determined to remain open for as long as possible, and to provide a safe and welcoming venue for you, while your access to other venues will be severely restricted.

We hope that you will understand why we have to take these steps, and will continue to support your Club, through the coming, difficult weeks.

Polite notice. We would ask all members, not to visit our premises if you or any family member has any sign of the symptoms, or if you are self-isolating following travel overseas or possible contact with a sufferer.
